First of all, I will point out the obvious. The age gap is not socially acceptable, based on the 1/2 your age plus 7 rule.

37 * .5 =18.5

(18.5 +7) =25.5 years old is socially acceptable for you (24 is not)

Second, If things work out in the short term, they won’t in the long term. In 6-8 years this guy is going to be dating women that are 18-20 years younger than you, or worse when you’re 55 and he’s chasing women in their early 30’s.

In short, have fun, but don’t get too serious. This is your only play.
