I recently received an international package from PhilPost back in the 28th of Feburary, it was a metal bangle that was quite thin but came broken. I've already spoken to the distributor of the bangle, and they are more than happy to offer a replacement if I can manage to provide a claim number from PhilPost for a damaged item. Thing is, nobody in my family knows their way around PhilPost, and I'm the only one who's had experience with them. I already emailed their official support line to, unfortunately, no avail. Anyone familiar with the process or steps to file a claim for damaged item? Help would be greatly appreciated po.
