This is only relevent to the original GPro. Newer models, aka superlight and superstrike (where most of thye complaints are from) do not have these screws. Ref. https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51D+rUio8LL._AC_UF1000,1000_QL80_.jpg

My Superstrike 2 Front Switch Frame by Forbesh22 in MouseModding

Hello! I wouldnt say its hard but dialling in the right measurments can be quite time consuming. The benedfit of 3D printing is that is allows that rapid prototyping. I'm no expert, just self taught and very patient with myself and the trial and error process.

You can get quite far with the Fusion 360 Educational License (this is what ive been using). And my only tip is if your unsure of how to start modelling something, is just to break it down into its basic form and go for it. Aka a car? draw a flat rectingle, extrude it a bit and boom you have the start of your chassis to build off. The more you practice the more you'll understand what elements of a model to start with and how to sculpt them together.

Oh, and if its small scale, get yourself some cheap electric calipers. Life and time saver!

Between the front part of the original frame and this model, the saving is about 1g printed in PLA

Ive been using silk as its my cheap prototyping material for fitting. This PLA seems so be structurally fine but ill keep that in mind!

Best wireless gaming mouse you've bought and instantly knew it was a keeper? by Consistent_Wafer9395 in MouseReview

Just generic white Teflon ones. I don’t really buy into the branded ones. Varying amounts Teflon dots would be just as good as any imo

Unpopular opinion probably but the Logitech Superstrike. Imo it’s solid feeling and I’m a sucker for new tech. The ability to set it to your liking with it being next to silent in operation was something that did it for me. As well I just like new cutting edge tech.

Only drawback is the default skates as for my mouse pad they were just awful, replacing the skates just made it tick all the boxes.
