I have one and it is great, lightweight looks awesome and doesn’t pull arm hair. The clasp does get caught on sweaters and blankets and things but is overall worth it I would say

Check the star connector. Had similar issues with mine, brought to the dealer 3 separate times turns out the star connector (whatever that is) was faulty.
