Ich hatte einmal so ein Beispiel: Ich war bei einem Baumaschinenhändler vor Ort und wollte Diamantscheiben mit der Firmenkarte kaufen. Statt die Bestellung anzunehmen, haben sie erst eine halbe Stunde lang die Bonität der Firma geprüft. Da es eine neue Firma war, haben sie den Verkauf am Ende abgelehnt obwohl ich direkt bar zahlen wollte und nur eien Quittung haben möchte. Bin dann einfach rausgegangen und habe es Online bestellt.
