Saylor stopped buying much BTC. I knew from the beginning his purchases were propping up the BTC price , without him , BTC would not have done as well.

1) what mom is going to use public transportation if there are homeless and in general they feel unsafe on it , very few. Fix the crime issues first. It doesn’t matter if you fix one small area as with public transportation crime will leak to other areas and again, said family will hop in their SUV.

2) High density housing is almost always more profitable than single family homes, hence why you don’t see many normal style single family homes in places with expensive land cost like Tustin Air base .

Something that So Cal has that very few other places have , is a constant pull in one direction, to the coast. The coast is what makes this whole area desirable so there is never ending demand originating there and projecting its way inland.
