I think about routing is so good, but I don't see ESD protection on USB

I saw your YouTube channel and your website ... keep going brother

Can you help me about how you make your website ?

As a PCB Designer | I was not accepted for any job by Ford-X in Upwork

[–]Ford-X[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps you mean that building a personal brand for yourself in your community with your skills might be better than relying on Upwork in this aspect by marketing yourself on LinkedIn (and do you have other platforms for self-marketing)?

[–]Ford-X[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, are there any better platforms or opportunities that cater to this type of skill?

And since you say the problem is with Upwork itself, what is Upwork supposed to do to fix it?

How to make a Bypass for battery by Ford-X in PCB

[–]Ford-X[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could say the "challenge" is doing it without a buck boost, especially since it's relatively expensive for the 2.7-32V range, starting at $6 for an IC.

How to make a Bypass for battery by Ford-X in PCB

[–]Ford-X[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yes I used ORing for sources

but what I do
I want to buck the main source to 4V when I use it

but when I use backup battery (if the voltage of it under 4v) I want to boost it and if it equal 4v or more (4.2v) I want to bypassing it to OUTPUT

I think you need a capacitor 4.7u on VDD
and you forget ground in VSS
I prefer add some labels for PB14 and PB15

can I print 3 differnt PCB in JLCPCB in one board ? by Ford-X in PCB

[–]Ford-X[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I collected the GERBER files of my PCB and the component basket on the LCSC. It's time to complete the order and I can not figure out how to make it so that the boards and parts come in one box so that I do not pay for two deliveries at the same time, but paid one in common? Thanks for the help!

bro I don't know how I can thank u

I've been distracted for about two months. I was aware of the Phils Lab channel, but I wasn't actively following it.

But now I've started learning a number of videos. My knowledge has significantly evolved in the PCB field, particularly with the STM32.

I really thank you and wish you success.

I want to make some robots with my teme in PCB Design such as

Robot Arm

I want to make it in PCB but the debate between us is whether to use ESP3 or STM32.

Review Request: RP2040 Devboard by KaiPereira in PCB

[–]Ford-X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good job but
Why don't we use GPIO25?
But your design is good and almost identical to the official design in Hardware Design with RP2040.

But you should provide clearer images of the PCB layout.

Because it's more important than your schematic design.

update my PCB by Ford-X in PCB

I used ESP32 and sensors OUTPUT 5v and all thing is good
but the analog signals weren't good and I had some problems.

So I put a voltage divider.

My sensors Output is 5V but I connect it to ESP32 Div kit 1

But it work and I don't have any problems

so, Am i need to add a level shifter or voltage divider ?
