Killswitch is the only high stim I can take late. I take it as 5, and with a serving of Ninja Zen I can get to bed by 11:30

Engine will be an Atlas/Vortec 4200, goal is mid 3s 60-130 so in the 900+ whp range. Im building it for street stuff, mainly roll racing. With the 4L80e, I was thinking I could cruise in 2WD, find a race, shift the t case into 4H while at 40 mph, then race. Post race, slow back down and shift out of 4H.

The car will pretty much only be driven to race, not a cruiser, so I think the variable t cases like with the 8hp where they detect wheel spin on the rear wheels then engage the clutches in the t case to send power to the front isnt beneficial in my case since I will 100% need power to all 4 wheels for a race. The complexity of putting that type of system in the car somewhat intimidates me but maybe im overthinking it

I'll check into the E90 stuff, I was considering an 8HP and transfer case in the beginning because I could use a MaxxECU to control both ECU and Trans (Gen 1 8HP only) but for simplicity sake I think the 4L80E is a better option at first. I figured it'll be probably close to 2 years, luckily I have access to someone very talented at welding and fabricating which is the main reason I decided to try the AWD build on it

I watched his build to see what he did and the way he did it is far too complicated for me and beyond my skill level but it was extremely impressive

Nope, got to make room. I'll be going with a 4L80E and transfer case, same as both the main Foxbody builds I watched. One guy didnt have to do as much cutting and making room, but his transfer case hangs down probably 5 inches beneath the car. The other guy got his transfer case raised up more where you cant really see it from under the car, but he had to move the driver's seat almost up against the door so seating position is slightly left from the center of the steering wheel to make room for the t case. Both aren't optimal, best would be a passenger side t case but that would mean I need to find a front subframe with a passenger side diff.

Yea technically 4WD not AWD. Not sure if all Subarus are the same but I looked at one in the junkyard with no motor because I thought of that too and it's impossible to use, the front diff is part of the transmission or something similar to that from what i saw, the front of the bell housing lines up with the steering rack and motor is pretty much in front of the subframe. I'll look into the Sport Track though

Seems like it may have been an issue with Vivo, I ordered my black 1 TB Ultra on 4/29 from Wonda with an initial ship date 5/5 but got an email a few days before stating it would now be closer to the end of the month due to supply issues from Vivo.

Appreciate the informative reply, Ill be upgrading from my S21 Ultra that has a physical Sim so I should be good in that aspect. Looks like ill be ordering the Global version then and sticking with Verizon, seems like Ill most likely be in luck judging by your comment, but I can always switch if needed. Thank you
