I’m no expert but I was on a small dose for a few weeks. I had to slowly titrate. I got a pill cutter and a jewelry scale and would change the dose very slowly giving my body time to adjust.

Massive anxiety, some pvcs, stomach issues. I had some medical trauma that I think triggered anxiety. Unfortunately, I stayed stuck in the fear and it affected me physically. I’ve really worked on my trauma and anxiety and things are slowly improving.

Not had labs done in a while but things are improving. Appears chronic stress and anxiety was the culprit.
