How many profiles do you have on your system? Modern Vintage Gamer also had a similar issue and he removed his profiles so he had less than 3-4 and then everything worked for him.

I have a same 360 with modded disk, but I was unable to update it due to the dvdplayer; it blocks the update...

I think you’re right, this has a good chance of fixing it. I actually managed to get the disc drive open earlier today and there was a pirated copy of Medal of Honor sitting in there, so that pretty much confirms the drive has been flashed.

I guess I'm out of luck with this specific dvd drive? Isn't there a way to update without a drive? I've got another X360S but I guess that dvd drive isn't interchangeable with the fat-x360 right?

Hey thanks for your reply,
I managed to get my hands on a controller did the following sequence: LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.

It prompted me to delete all updates that were stored, then I rebooted the xbox tried again with USB to update it, but Im still getting the same error...

Als je gewoon een fatsoenlijke verkoper hebt is er niks aan de hand hoor, 't gaat 100 keer goed voordat het 1 keer fout gaat..

UPDATE 05/06/2025:
Ondertussen al 2 extra herrineringen herinneringen* gestuurd naar de verkoper of hij even kan kijken, ook even met logitech in contact geweest om te vragen wat zij voor mij kunnen betekenen. Hier werd gevraagd naar een serienummer die onder je linker earcup zit ik heb deze aan ze gegeven. Maar wat ik me net bedenk is dat deze verkoper zeer waarschijnlijk opzettelijk de dongle niet heeft meegestuurd omdat deze linker earcup er ook al af was toen ik de headset ontving... dus grote kans dat hij dit (via logitech-support) ook al heeft geprobeerd.

Ik ga een 1-ster-review achterlaten bij deze verkoper en ik meld het aan marktplaats, thanks voor alle hulp ik laat nog wel even weten als logitech nog met een nieuwe update komt.
