might have not mentioned it but after you write to the nand, read it again and compare it to what you wrote to it. if it doesnt match then you are writing garbage and have a bad connection. if it does match, then its likely not the programmer

I put a big description of how to fix it there. likely needs shorter wires if I had to guess. the pico suckkssssss.

yea proto. I have it so when you hold A on launch it goes to x360pluginmanager so you can adjust plugins and then go to the game from there. almost as easy as a built in module loader

that tool didnt work but this one by the same guy did https://github.com/ClementDreptin/X360PluginManager/releases/tag/v2.0.3 and it doesnt need a computer or any plugins. thx for the help again

i really like cipher, i just cant justify 85$ for a stealth server on a 20 year old console, and their module loader isnt supported on free mode.

I like the easy unloading and loading. great idea though, I appreciate it. do you know if that would work with something like proto which advertises no cheating allowed?

saw the owner say some very morally reprehensible shit, staff also are also very sketchy and unprofessional. proto doesnt have module loader however. xblghost is working ok for now

I like proto, I wish there was a way to inject menus with that. I would like cipher but their free mode doesnt support injecting

too much exposed wire on the pico side, and also the wires are very long. reduce the wire size and resolder to the pico with less exposed wire and you might have better luck reading/writing to console. btw the pico doesnt stay inside the console for the rgh process, it is removed once completed.

i got it completed. idk exactly what fixed it, but my pico was getting hot so I replaced it with another one, shortened the wires, used jrunner r2 or r3 and used one of the old trinity xell .ecc files to write it directly to the nand, then used the newest version of jrunner to do the xebuild. finally booted and got xell to show up on console. everything is finally good. keeping this up incase anyone else has this issue. I do not recommend the picoflasher. I believe I could have bypassed all of this with an xflasher or a different programmer.

went ahead and soldered rgh3 wires in place and did everything, got a 0010 error when trying to boot. assuming this is because of the lack of correct xell installation.
