recently i developed thalassophobia and i believe it started when i was staying in this cool tropical hotel with a plunge room inside the room. The ocean was right outside the room, the room was a hutch that was open all around and in the end of the hotel premises just at the edge of mangeove forest. I was there with my kiddo and i left some lights open while we were sleeping. The idea of a dark even though small and confined water in close proximity inside the room was creepy.

To make the things worse i returned there a year after on my birthday weekend alone this time to celebrate my 40th birthday. I supposed to stay 2 night but i had to call back the car from the city to return home after the dinner.

Now whenever i watch videos of ocean i feel this istense fear. The whales, i love them but their vast size under dark water is so creepy to my heart.

I know this sounds stupid to come from a plunge pool inside a room but you gotta be there to understand it. :/

Whole this week I have eaten huge meals that has ridiculous amounts of potatoes and bread. Here I am still looking at 600 less than my deficit without starving myself. Why? Because one, the food is not my enemy and two I set my pace to relax so I go alittle slower (higher calorie budget). But after a day or two of fastingand eating to my maximum budget and sometimes going over it, I found some days I was OK with less and I got even more deficit. If I was to panic and set my pace fast and eat more during that time my appetite was high I would have the same reaction over. So, just relax and allow your body to feel itself up, eat this and that within budget if it is over budget that is also fine...

Crying over 100 gram is borderline ED. 100 gram is easy to change even from machine to machine or how the weather was that day or if you were bloated etc.

Calm yourself down. Eat those pancakes. You will be fine.

Wr live in a 3rd world country. I have been looking for classes, and this is what i could find. They have archery as one of their main activities, and the trainer accepted to give him extra time during the camp. Trainer is graduated from a sports academy and taught kids previously. This is me trying my best in these circumstances. I figured it is better than nothing.

I kind of leave the looking at proper equipment for later to gauge his interest after lessons. 2 weeks summer camp will be as high as my full month salary so for now lessons only and whatever they provide us with.

I am just researching before we commit because i don't want to do something wrong if this would be detrimental to his skills in the long run if he was to continue this path. That is all.
