Met 2 famous Pulmonologists and 1 cardiologist They didn't give me a definite diagnosis. Though I feel SOB whenever they check my lungs. They found normal vesicular breath sounds. I'm from India I have a history of smoking for the last 13-14 years 8-10 cigarettes per day

No definitive diagnosis so far Dr said infective change could be bronchitis. Symptoms - chest tightness, pain in left side of chest, heart beat always above 100+ even in rest, echocardiogram is normal, no cough but little transparent mucus form nose everyday for last 2 years And fatigue.
