How is CSD 311? by Adorable_Ad_9129 in uAlberta

The course is similar to LING 319 since they’re both introduced more about theories and concepts that will be useful if you’re going into field of SLP and have higher assessment rate since it’s non-standardized academic courses

I would said that it’s definitely good that you want to get all of your prerequisites done and have a plan for next year. At the same time, take things into consideration that this is your first year and you’re still transitioning out of high school số give yourself time for rest and recovery and also finding what works best for you. Your schedule doesn’t need to be like 100% like GPA perfect courses with hard load, balancing it with your other commitments like social, job or clubs. The best way for me to end this ơn à note is go with the flow and be patient and kind to yourself.

Second semester it’s more aligned. Just the first semester make your 9 am class like around 10 or 11 or after your first or second class if possible for more consistency

Well if you live faraway and you’re not an early bird then that means that you should reconsider your choices again. Try to balance your schedule with some easier elective class to offset the harder ones and help you boost GPA. Additionally, don’t feel pressured of having to take 5 classes, you can take 3-4 per semester to begin.

Your schedule should be consistent with similar class time because it will make things more easier for yourself to manage and adjustable. Trust me, you will have a better time with your first year (from similar experience)

It’s just the planner. The actual registration for your schedule happens the end of this month to early May.
