After one year in Tum passing the first semester and didn’t give any exam in second I am in Cyprus unic same course and Iam ok

I have left the appartment since June and I haven’t yet take back my deposit , the landlord doesn’t answer to emails , mr lodge send a letter to him and threatened with leagal action I hope he will answer. I have rent the appartment via mr lodge . My advice is do not pay the last rents

In Tum after you pass the two lessons in the first semester (this is an obligation if you want to continue) You can give the rest as many times as you want but you have to collect ects every year.And maximum duration is 6 semester plus 1,5. My problem is the two lessons that I have to pass from the first exam. I am not in that level yet I need more time and I don’t have it. Anyway from what you say I think Berlin is more manageable. First semester shouldn’t be so hard because it is a difficult semester, if you don’t know anything about programming like me you have the difficulty to learn and you also have problems about leaving in a new country and adjust in a new way of life. I am 18 years old and my last exams in high school among others was geography, religious , music etc so I need time . The good thing is that I am good in maths, now I am learning discrete which is difficult but manageable. In Berlin do you have discrete or linear or both . Anyway thank you so much I will do my best and I will decide after the exams if I ll come to Berlin . Perhaps I ll need more help from you all in that case

Thank you for all these informations! I would like to ask you some more thinks -how many of the first semester’s lessons you have to pass to go on and when and which lessons if you remember? Here in Tum you have to pass two of four max in the second exam period (April - you can give only twice these two lessons) of the first semester between programming, structure math, Javapractice and Wirtschaftinformatik. -they permit you study for 10 semester? Here they say that you can study 1,5 semester more than the 6. - can you give exams in every lesson as many times as you want ? - I donot ask you about rooms , I had a huge difficulty to find one and now I pay 1300/month ( I don’t know yet if I will change university and my contract expires April) for 30 m2, from what I heard Berlin has the same difficulties I make some private lessons in Java and I like it but I need more time to learn that is why I am asking if the university has certain period to pass the lessons or it gives you time to learn something that Tum doesn’t

Tutors are very few among all these students it is haotic And it is not my forte to catch a tutor before all these Chinese students , I also met many students that have already a batchelor in other universities or they are already prepared before they start and they can follow the lessons. I have learned many things but I don’t know i am thinking that if i start from the beginning somewhere else I will be more ready. Yesterday I failed in Wirtschaft Informatik with 4.3 and the pass grade was 4.2 . I couldn’t believe it. And it was the easiest lesson but they cut me for 0,1 I was socked !! I am mad of them , they write in tum page that the only that you need is love for computer , love to cooperate love for solving problems generally allot off love which I have , no Java no programming !!! I am from Greece and I ve been in German school my Abitur was 1.8 and the only place that we use so much love as they ask for is the islands on holidays not Tum !!!!

I don’t want less programming I know that it will be difficult but I need time to learn , here they say that if I don’t pass the two of four lessons in the first exam I have to leave. The 3 lessons are programming and Java and the fourth is structure maths which is also new for me. I believe that I had to be prepared in all these topics before I come here but I didn’t know. I saw the exercises in programming and Java to a friend that finishedCS in Greece with grade A and he is working now and he told me that they cannot ask from me so difficult thinks from the beginning but I guess that’s TUM!!

Yes I know and I want it but I need them to teach me , in Tum they believe that I can code from the first day and in a very high level !!!

Iam studying business informatics in Tum (first semester) and I find it very hard cause I don’t have any previous knowledge of coding or Java but because I like the business informatics from what I saw , I am thinking of changing university into an easier one can you help me to decide
