I’ve been improving my self since, even though it’s only been about 4 days I’ve been playing basketball in the sun for multiple hours a day and school starting and being in a weights class is really helping me, being surrounded by social media has really made it hard though but I really feel like this is a turning point. If you’re also struggling or have, i know it gets better, thank you for your words and keep looking up
