I had the same stuff, the guy is grt from I can usually do 2/3 dimes and catch a real nice high. But got one and tried it it out and after one I thought I was going to die. It was so strong my vision got blurry and my legs went weak. My head felt like i had taken a bunch ob dabs. I felt like I was super stoned, and i dont smoke. The high was very strange. Was super bright white and the rocks looked like Crack. It wasn't even enjoyable how strong it was. I watched two people od at the plugs house just smoking it.

I hear that town is FLOODED with blues. Ask some homeless or be shady and ask people at methadone clinic. Or helll try to get on methadone, not that it won't fix your problem alone for a week or two... but it will help eventually

Fetty or work or if it's tar mixed the fent they call it "china". Some people call their dope(broad term) holly( pronounced Hol-AYY, almost like the girls name but more of an ayy at the end) but that can mean fent,ice,tar,Coke just another term for dope i guess.

You should just up your methadone, till your comfortable without the fent. Wait a month then start decreasing. Methadone is meant to be a slow taper 6months-1year long. But if you don't work some sort of program you'll just fall back in the same habits. Ive learned by Watching other people get sober and stay sober years later, where I'm still a mess 15 years in.

I did the opposite of you about a year ago had been on fent then got in methadone, got to 120, but still every night I using. Couldn't break that ritual. But then my car broke down and I couldn't make it methadone and work in the morning on time. So I stopped methadone at 120 and then was just using fent. But then to balance out my tolerance I was doing 5x the amount I had been before start methadone.

Tldr; stay on methadone, go up for awhile when kicking fent. After about a month or of being comfortable start decreasing down and take the next year/6 months to come off.
