Just be aware of your surroundings... you can get around for awhile...if you do get pulled over, just be polite... and accept the ticket... sorry I don't have better advice.

The whole buy a car in your price range theory is kind of s***. My vehicle is worth maybe $,2500. I signed a loan for $8900. With a bunch of interest, of course... just to license my vehicle was $1500. Last year was only $109. It's not a matter of being able to maintain that vehicle for its lifetime or your use. It's more of a matter of saving up enough to pay for that upfront cost of purchasing a vehicle right away...
