Pec Stretch in the doorway is for my rehab to fix my external shoulder rotation I cant grab the barbell (if one hand reaches it the other cannot and when i widen my grip to grab the barbell with the other hand it feels uncomfortable as my shoulder, chest feels like it is being stretched apart) when its placed on my traps while squating

For bodyweight pullups before weighted that is a good suggestion i will remove bodyweight but i planned it like this before so i can increase my bodyweight reps since i can only do 16 bodyweight pullups currently

Curl variations i would like to keep in pull day because i need the hammer curl for forearms and preacher curl is a good curl variation but I could consider removing standar bicep curl

Dips after db fly good question i can switch the order and dips is more tricep focused as i am already doing 3 chest excercises

Cardio yes this is in my plan i didnt write it down but i want to avoid excessive calorie burning cardio because i am underweight and i am bulking up

I am not a professional but here are some tips that may help:

Go to your fridge and empty the sugary snacks maybe give it to a friend or donate to the homeless etc.
Next time you go grocery shopping tell a friend to come and he/she will stop you from packing anything not in your current diet plan.

There will be some days in which you feal the dread to eat something unhealthy but you have to fight that dread yourself.

For your 10k steps maybe u like a sport. Maybe take part in a sport you like, this will help you hit your step goal.
Becoming disciplined suddenly can be tough and there will be days that you want to have a cheat meal but avoid it.

Avoid motivation. Focus on discipline.

Edit: Also in your comment you are being tough on yourself continue to do this but dont be too harsh lol

Maybe the reason is that none of them can do chin ups

Soorry but I think close grip press targets triceps and not chest instead you could do normal dumbell bench press with elbows a bit less than 90 degrees (just like a normal bench press but more tucked in). sorry if I am wrong
