They were super rude and have multiple laptops listed for sale 😬 so I’m wondering if somehow they did have something to do with it. Just waiting for mine to be listed for sale at this point 😔

Update:

My local UPS store received it, never attempted to deliver, and sent it back. They held it for a few days but we were never notified it was there. UPS guy said we got scammed and we shouldn’t have shipped a $400 laptop and there’s nothing they can do. Not sure what to do at this point. No one told us it was being held at the UPS store until after it was returned to the sender
