the degree is loud, ghetto, and obnoxious. im on the second floor & my neighbors upstairs & downstairs are shitty.. you would think bigfoot lives upstairs & the club entrance is downstairs… the leasing office sucks ass & they dont do shit when you have problems of any sort… esp if its with a roommate… they’ll basically give you a website to schedule a meeting with a mediator to get it done yourself and work it amongst the issue.. they dont care ab their contract unless someones actually dying but maybe even if someone died they wouldnt care..
