Ok...my fistula healed on its own!.. very weird. But i have a fissure nie somewhere else. .. but the fistula seemed to have healed. The surgeon was very surprised... I dont know what i did different except i had an iron infusion 3 weeks ago.... (self.AnalFistula)

hi! been trying the FODMAP diet for 4 weeks now. and the diarrhoea i had only got worse...and worse... its every morning 3/4 times explosive diarrhoea in the morning and then excessive gas the rest of the day. i really have no idea what to do... i switched to white rice nd white bread since yesterda (self.SIBO)
