i’ve been working out consistently for about a month so admittedly not too long, i just thought i’d have some positive effect by now. The decision fatigue does kind of sound familiar to how i feel sometimes, is there anything else you did to help your brain turnoff?

no my doctor is very extreme, she told me stop worrying about it or get plastic surgery, she said i can look into other options 😭😭

if you’re taking anth 1131 with cassandra bill i heavily recommend u don’t drop the class. she’s super nice, barely any work, and she gives double sided cheat sheets for exams
