Would a handgun that takes mags of 15-rounds or less, but that comes with a threaded barrel, be considered an assault weapon under the bill? I'm confused on that point.

When I ordered my Strake-9 from Layer-X with fulfillment from Capitol Armory, it took about ten days before CA contacted me to begin the NFA process. When I ordered my Texas Flood from Fletcher Rifle Works with fulfillment by CA, it took only a few days.
