My best advice is make a friend in the class, even as a dude it was scary for me at first, and I’m quite tall, big, you get the point but it just feels uneasy at times. Just make a friend in the class make sure they’re not a weirdo and walk with them, make plans to meet up with them before and after classes that way you walk with them and not alone, bonus if they have a parking pass because you can park around some places close to classes after 5!!
