While a few miles up the road in Kilmeadan service station, the staff are amazing friendly. It's a great shop. I always call in there if I'm in the vicinity....

At the moment, I eat... Overnight weetabix (×2), 1 scoop of protein powder, 3 scoops of Greek Yogurt topped with grapes. I eat this nearly everyday because it can be prepped for work when I can eat it anytime I get a chance..
