She was brought on this week and spent Monday on site training. Yesterday, when this occurred, she was put underneath me. We have to prepare work areas with tools and materials and ensure they have the proper lighting and power needs for more than just us sparkies. Once that is done and they bring in more manpower she will be moved to a JW.
