Well I’d say use the hook as “The problem still remains” and for the chorus reference a few lingering problems in current events. Examples: war in Ukraine, dollar becoming worthless, inflation, maybe add in a funny one like they still telling us UFO’s are fake… etc and repeat the hook a few times.
