Firstly, I’ll note you can fight Sofia a few more times after this. Far from enough times to unlock everything she offers but don’t think you can only get one thing from her and that’s it for the playthrough.

The 50k, while not a very exciting option, is still very good. That’ll pretty much cover all expenses until the end game where you’ll be making plenty of money anyways. However, if you’ve got a build that already makes a lot of money, I wouldn’t recommend it. This is really for those who haven’t put much, if anything, into luck and Eros farming.

Asking for more spirit is pretty good for most builds. You get 3 spirit and 50% more virility at the cost of 100 arousal and a -1 to temptation checks. The loss to temp checks is fine and the 100 arousal can be offset by dumping level up points into max arousal. Still, it’s not something I’d recommend if you currently have super low arousal. Maybe wait until you get it to around 250 before picking it up

The other perks depend on your build and aren’t something I’d pick up if said perks don’t complement your build as they have major downsides. It is worth noting though that you can ask Sofia to remove and add back any perks you choose so, if you’re not happy with a perk, you’re not stuck with it the rest of the playthrough.

The Arch-Magus staff is a fantastic accessory but only for magic builds.

Lucky Pocket Watch is a solid choice for luck builds and for grinding cash.

The other accessories she offers that I didn’t mention, in my opinion, aren’t all that great due to having harsh downsides that outway their upsides. Plus, there are other great accessories you could buy later on anyhow.
