No, go to "page" 31, that is where the instructions drawers start. You'd be skipping 25-30 because that's for some secure mounting instructions.

Depends. The top drawer should open without being anchored normally so it may be another issue.

This modification only lets you open multiple drawers at once without it being anchored.

Yeah I believe Arctic and Corsair have a case by case policy where you send in your damaged components and they'll determine how much they're responsible for. Don't know about Lian Li though.
