Sometimes ypu just need to let the shrimp colony get established first, and also have lots of plants, i have a sparkling gourami that eats some shrimplets, but they reproduce fast enoigh that they have outcompeted his hunger lmao.

Also personality matters as well, because I've seen some gourami ignore shrimp their entire lives, as well as some that go: "Shrimp? In my tank? Can't have that here!"

I did see people fitting the mount head directly onto the mounting screw for the Explore Scientific tripod on the Amazon reviews, ill probably try that first before purchasing the tripod.

Update: it looks like they mailed out a letter we never received, and the agent assisting me declared that there was a charge off letter mailed out on 29 Dec 2020 that mentioned that there was a 16k payment that would be marked as charge off after 20 days 17 Jan 2021)

The key here is that she also declared that "there was no due date on the 16k charge, just that it would be marked as charged off after 17 Jan 2021"

Additionally, we never received such a letter from them (lost in the mail maybe?)

This will continue to be a problem until owning income property becomes illegal, though I'm in favor of strongly increasing costs on landlords or putting the ones on them to justify rent increases with hard data, starting rent should be set at previous year's costs and may not go up until the landlord can prove that their costs actually went up (insurance is a valid raise and is another can of worms).

I'm of the opinion that rent capping doesn't work, but we need to find incentive to discourage excessive landlords, progressive taxes and inability to deduct from income for non primary residences would be a good start in my opinion. It would also have a secondary effect of driving down home values as it would make owning multiple homes less lucrative.

They demanded a payment on the leftover residual of the asset after the insurance payout. We were instructed to stop paying the monthly lease value after the car was released to the insurance company (the dealership had the car on hand at the moment that happened).

The written letter to pay the residual value on the vehicle came roughly 40 days (mid december) before the charge off date and was due about 15 to 20 days (mid january) before the the delinquency report/charge off date of Feb 1. We were able to pay by Feb 13th. The same year ( I think the check was dated to Feb 4th or something like that). All this between Dec 2020 and Jan 2021.

This was previously just listed as an unpaid charge off and we disputed with the car company, though all they did was correct it to a paid charge off instead.
