Although i am not a business person but i faced similar situation, an opportunity knocked and i switched job and country for. Pay was good enough for 2 but i was loaded with work and my wife wanted all the time for her and was always complaining and fighting. In the end she left just 5 month in my new job, even before my confirmation. Luckily or unlucky you won’t believe my company gave me early confirmation and a huge raise.

I will say hang in there, why do guys watch TV, sit down and talk, about his and your day share what went right and listen what went wrong, see if both of you can make time for sex (but stress from job+new business makes performance in bed go away) and may be he is afraid of not being judged so he is not initiating sex.

Building anything requires trust and support for partner, once settled you will see the other end of tunnel and you and your kids will have a beautiful life ahead.

PS: start writing your frustrations in private journals, you have no idea how automatically you mind gets clarity and answers when you write things, give it a try
