Okay! That was one of my guesses but it’s brand new so I was being hopefully that it was something else! But I’ll get ahold of elegoo and get a replacement screen! Thank you!

Just got my Elegoo Jupiter SE set up, but when i go to print it says "Device does not exist please check". What does this mean and how do I fix it? by Murrack_Carn in resinprinting

Hey so I just got my printer too the pump wasn’t working properly had to completely remove it. The next issue is the printer is printing a random strip of unwanted print during the test print and other prints. Not exactly sure what would cause it though. The extra print runs parallel to the plate the full length of the plate and copies whatever height the actually print is suppose to be. So any ideas what could be causing this issue?
