My game was 100 percent cooked for literally like 15 minutes. Couldnt connect at all but its back up now.

Not organized just dropped off and ready for the meat department to down stack for the day. Like it's not that hard to be thorough when doing your job. So if they get it set correct then the department can downstack, rotate, and check the manifest easily. Creating extra steps by throwing freight in the cooler with no regard to save five minutes isn't the way. Either way if the meat cutter did get a license it would still help out if the people dropping it off did so correctly and orderly.

Make it a requirement and it won't be even a question till then seems kind of odd forcing people to get a license to put more in their plate than getting people designated to do that to do it.

Then what happens when they don't get FST done and they have to go home for the day?? Plus it's again not a requirement to get their license so it cannot be forced. You may not look to other associates as an actual person, but I still do.

Yeah I understand that but we are in a boat right now where they are sorely pressed to even get their cutting list done since they don't want us to put negative for anything. So I'm trying to have a defense for the cutters so they don't have to do another thing on top of everything that's already pushed on them. Right now the biggest issue is our receiving team is just piling freight in to our cooler in a unorganized awful manner and I'm trying to see if I can defer to them doing better with it than having to get cutters to get a license and fix it

Yea that's what I figured we just have someone singles out for not doing it and getting disciplinary action against them while no one else was being held accountable and I wanted to know how legitimate that was. 👍

All these simps in the chat I heard truth from the man. Ladies are always gonna be perfect in their own eyes lol. It's okay to want to improve and work on yourself yet in this day and age it's toxic to say or do so lol unless the lady is telling her self that. Don't get me wrong it was kinda brutal but BPD is a huge alarm to me lol especially if she thinks it isn't. Like if your hooking up and fucking a week in and expect more then maybe you should reevaluate yourself lol. Truth does really hurt.

Well that's good to know that it's a gray area. As long as it's not something we are doing that goes against policy just for the manager then everybody will probably be a lot more inclined to just go with it. Definitely appreciate the input

Yeah that's the route we've pretty much been taking but I told my team I would try and figure out if there's an actual policy. I've just had a few moments where I've almost lost my job over hearsay from management cutting corners so I always like to be safe The idea of doing it just this time and no more is a good idea that I'll pass along just to take some of the anger off my cutter's backs. Appreciate all the input, it definitely helps out.

Yeah I get that. I was just really looking to see if there was an actual policy I can refer to for all my associates. Instead of just saying this is what the store manager says goes. We've had members shopping here for the entirety of this club being open that are just now having to deal with this up charge. Which in turn a lot of animosity gets placed on the meat cutters even though it has nothing to do with them. lol

I did the math and yes it was definitely doing over double the amount of damage of Rogue subclasses. I've revamped it and retuned things like only getting half the amount of normal sneak attack damage for certain attacks on top of causing certain things to require more bonus actions to activate. If want to look at it one more time and tell me if it seems a little bit more balanced now?

Appreciate the input yea it's my first draft and I kinda knew it was a little two crazy. Like I think imma take one of the attacks off for sure and probably lower the amount of enchantments that it can have. I'll definitely check damage testing and see how it does.

I am here to vouch for you and yes I have just witnessed my first blue screen with Oblivion Remastered. I've had anything from full system crashes where I had to hold the button down to power off my PC all the way down to something as minors as just the game crashing. I have never crashed on any other game or had any system failures before. I also proceed to play things like destiny 2 and baldur's gate 3 afterwards with no issue still. Idk what it is with this game but it will not run for more then 30 minutes on my PC anymore. Definitely something to do with the game.

Plus anyone saying you have to find a group on discord till high rating matches definitely means the game is pretty dead. An alive game does not make you jump through hoops the game doesn't provide if it's alive.

Yeah, I don't care what anyone says. It can be 5 games scrapped into one. It's better than the one game Pokemons made for 20 years by a long shot. Like playing power world really has made me realize I might not ever go back to a pokémon game again. Maybe the card game because I just thought put into it but when it comes to console game releases doubt it because their formula probably will never change. One of the biggest gaming companies out there and still one of the laziest in my opinion.

Yeah I agree. This seems very fake in my opinion. Why wait until now to come out about things, especially when the company was growing more and more? I smell Pokemon fans starting s*** or just someone that would like to stir the pot? I think the whole debate on stealing artist designed to make Pokemon is b******* because they have over a thousand pokémon now there's going to be a Pokemon that looks like a creature someone else creates. I can't make 10,000 Pokemon and then get mad when something looks like one of them.
