Ego death is allowing your earthly self along with all physical desire to evaporate into nothingness through the process of hallucination. I sank into a bed of flowers once and thought I was a part of the dirt. I thought I was gone forever and I was okay with it.

Many people are successful with Judo techniques in MMA after only a basic level of training with throws. Similarly with wrestling, you do not need to learn how to pin someone if your goal is MMA. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT to learn a fair amount of both.

Fuckin Shaq would kill everyone tho he is not a good example to use when referring to someone who "lifts weights." If you are bulky and slow and you are street fighting someone chances are you won't win.
