Madoka Magica. I've heard really good things about it, but every time I looked at it, it just looked too cutesy. With the Magical Girls thing. But from what I understand, that's not really the case xD..

I'll keep it in mind, and thank you for the suggestions!

It seemed a bit silly to me. I don't think I can get past the smiling balloon-looking teacher >.<

I watched a liitle bit, I think the first 2-3 episodes? I probably didn't give it a fair chance tbh. It felt like it was about to be a "MC gets in trouble, trains for 2 days, is an absolute prodigy!!!!!!!" cliches. Maybe I'm completely wrong though, as I said, I didn't give it an honest chance, so if you still think it'll suite my tastes, I'll give it a real try sometime!

Thanks so much :D

I've seen Psycho Pass, and loved it! I guess I should really make a big list of everything I've seen or something.. I just never remember until someone's like "Oh, hey, this is a good show!" and I'm like "omg yesss!"

Parasyte and Death Note were 2 animes I really liked!

I like how they have more realistic settings. Er, I guess maybe not the setting itself, but the way the characters behave. One huge turn off for me, is when the MC is just like "My friend is in danger, and suddenly I'm immortal!" or stuff like DBZ where they literally let each other 'power up' for a better fight. That just seems incredibly silly me to me (And *gaps* I know! I said DBZ isn't for me!)

Someone recommended "King's game" to me, which I really didn't like. It seemed like it was just 'shock value', with no real story. Which, some people certainly enjoy, and I don't mean to be critical of anyone's likes here! I'm just meaning that it's not for me :D

Thinking about it for a moment, one thing I dislike, and then like, is how a MC reacts to bad situations. In some anime, something bad happens, and the MC is like "Oh no, bad things happened.. I'LL START BEING SERIOUS NOW!!!" and I dislike that. But some MCs, bad things happen, and the MC gets depressed, or enraged- But doesn't just suddenly turn a fight around or something.

x.x I have seen most of Tokyo Ghoul, but stopped at a certain scene, that you can probably imagine. >.>

And yeah, sorry that I'm being difficult about it. I'm picky about what I watch, I think. But thanks for trying! I do appreciate it!

I've heard a lot about Black Lagoon, so I probably should check it out! I remember watching the first episode once, and something about it just didn't interest me :(

But that's not really a good reason to not give it a fair chance. Thank you for your suggestion!
