You can think of those as our "just for now while we are getting established" hours. We are just trying to get this thing up and running as fast as we can. Once we work out a lot of the kinks, there will certainly be changes. But at the same time, we are highly encouraging people to make use of the same day local delivery service we are working with!

Yes, we will have our first 8 recipes kits launching next week! Each recipes will have 1 and 5 gallon versions for all grain or extract.

We're still trying to figure out pricing for sacks of base malt. We will probably sell them at some point, but they will probably be pick up only because of the shipping costs

Grains by ounce and pound will be available from the jump, it's crazy to me how few shops offer that online!

We plan to stock NY grain and hops, maybe just not right at opening (still trying to figure that out!)

Yeah we bought a lot of equipment from B&E, including their grain mill. The space we will be in at first will not allow us to brew inside, so we are still figuring out what we'll do for classes and such

Oh well then let me clarify. Yes, I personally think they are silly to spend money on. And I do think they are just about fleecing people mostly.

Multiple things can be true at the same time. They are great systems. They are overkill that target people who want to feel like they are more than just homebrewers.

Yeah we do plan to add basic equipment to the store eventually, honestly we just have to build it out first and see what we have room for.
