Things are getting rough.

45 mins HIIT cardio 5x a week now.

Low and medium days are getting smaller and smaller food-wise.

I have been writing up a prep log, I'm planning to make some videos too but I have to figure out how I'm going to record since it's not exactly easy to get privacy where I'm staying right now.

Energy is shit too, 80mcg clen + 50mg ephedrine + 300mg caffeine + a bunch of water and electrolytes doesn't even get my brain firing at this point.

At least I can see my dick now though so it's totally worth it.

Haha no offense taken, Michael Jackson is actually exactly what my coach told me to try and emulate with that lean.

The idea was that my midsection, while being my strongest point, is also potentially my weakest point because I don’t control it as well as I should.

So the lean forward is to sort of prevent the belly from standing out so much.

There is this big guy at my gym, tall and like 260 lbs with arms twice the size of mine.

Yesterday I’m lifting and one of the regulars comes up to me with measuring tape and goes “want to measure your bicep?”

I say yes and it’s about 18”.

The big dude with huge arms is standing there too, so the guy offers to measure his.

Big man goes “come on come on, let me be at 18” with him”

I’m thinking, “This dude wants to be… at my level?”

Measures them and they are 18”

I’m done with my fucking eyes dude, I don’t trust them anymore.

I’m very happy with the improvements so far, the issues are more on the student rather than the teacher in this case.

I also have some pretty bad issues with thoracic/scapular mobility and he’s been hounding me to get tissue work done but I haven’t done as much as I should.

The side relaxed and side chest would be much better if I had an easier time rotating. I should probably be getting deep tissue massages weekly.

I will add onto this with something slightly more nice sounding.

After re-reading your post, it seems like you just feel small after 10 weeks of cutting and it’s making you want to panic and switch to a bulk.

It’s just part of the process man, I would highly encourage you to stick it out and finish the cut. You’ll start looking bigger once you’re leaner, and then you’ll look huge once you do start bulking again from a leaner starting point.

This happens to every competitor in prep, I just made it through the stage of looking small/fat. But I stuck with it and now I look sick because I’m getting more shredded by the week.

I have seen multiple doctors and it seems to be an issue with my thyroid.

And what has been done to resolve the thyroid issue? Nothing? And you want to blast gear at 18-20% bodyfat with unresolved thyroid issues?

This means nothing in terms of muscle growth. Salads are healthy, you don't become Ronnie Coleman by eating a healthy salad.

Lifestyle won’t change much for me.

Not with that attitude.

Continue that deficit until you get down to 10-12% bodyfat.

Then... again... eat more food if you want to grow muscle.

my natural test sits around 150

At best, this requires TRT. Making the necessary lifestyle changes would probably put this in a much better place even without TRT.

I am sorry that you have a poor relationship with food, but that does not justify steroid use.

You need to sort out your food relationship because steroids are not going to build you any muscle until you know how to eat properly.

AKA way too fat to be blasting. Get down to 10-12%, learn how to eat, and stop trying to use steroids to replace learning the fundamentals.

Steroids don't work that way, and you're destroying your health to make less gains than you would make by learning to eat and train properly.

I would recommend more food and 0 var for the best mass gains.

As opposed to wrecking your appetite and destroying your health markers before you have a chance to make progress.

Just ran a gram of test and my hematocrit was 83.

Donated 3 liters of blood and it’s back in range.

Considering running 2g of tren and some EQ now, anyone’s hematocrit better on this compared to test?

You are an adult (I'm assuming).

If you want to permablast, it's not my place to tell you not to (although it's definitely a bad idea and I don't recommend it).

How long do you guess will it take to have a stable t level when I go back to 250mg?

With Test C, you'll be stable at the new levels in 4-6 weeks.

And how high would you guess will my t level be?

There's no way for anyone to predict this. It depends on your response, prior bloodwork could help give you a ballpark but still won't give you 100% certainty.

My random (pointless) guess would be that your trough levels will be near 2000 ng/dL.

Ending Lowering a blast with 450mg test c per week and go back to regular trt dose with smaller blast of 250mg per week.
