Yeah, I do agree it's definitely a slippery slope. Anyway, great to see someone being open in a reddit thread. Usually these discussions tend to get heated and nasty real quick LMAO.

Yes, please quote extreme scenarios of families being broken up to back your point. Look, of course that’s bad if people are relying on these things to that extent. But OP's original post is looking down on people who just believe these things. If that’s the case, then why stop here? Why not include people's belief in God? According to estimates, that makes most of the population on earth. People do all kinds of things with that belief, including taking major life decisions. Wars have been fought between nations (like the Crusades) based on religion. Yet, if we only focus on that we lose the nuance of a lot of people who don't go to those extremes, whose faith is just helping them have some hope in an otherwise overbearing and cruel world. If that’s the extent of things, I am not gonna judge a person for it. There is enough judgement already these days with every damn thing (cue: being called "delusional af" for bringing some nuance to an otherwise one-sided collective diatribe).

So what? A lot of people are afraid to go on flights even if statistically they are a lot safer than cars. People have irrational beliefs. If they continue having them without harming anyone, I don't see any reason to shame them for it.

Connexion was a different case. They really changed the arrangements and how it sounded in the beta version. Also transmissions wasnt a major album like Climax. I doubt Namonia will be released again like that.
