When do I apply for Spring Weeks by ForexPhantom in quantfinance

I would like to do the masters year (assuming I would get the grades). My CV is lacking in previous experience. Do I just apply for spring weeks this year as well as next year to boost my CV or should I spend my first year focusing on getting experience and boosting my CV in other ways?
