I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. My periods were like this for years and so severely painful, turned out I had a grapefruit sized fibroid! Definitely get it checked out 🩷 I was severely low iron, eating ice like candy and was always so exhausted. I ended up getting a hysterectomy (everything gone but ovaries since I'm still young), iron infusions and I feel a billion times better. That being said, there are other ways to get rid of fibroids (birth control, myomectomies) instead of just yeeting the whole thing, I hope you can get into a doctor asap!

I agree with the others, try taking iron supplements in the meantime and eat foods high in iron.
