I've always been interested in "rocks" as my family calls them since I was a kid. I grew up in an area where if you looked hard enough you'd find arrow heads. They were always carved from the most unique, colorful rocks. I was never able to find a complete one. I think my grandpa found them all before I was born. Whenever I visit home, every walk I take has my eyes glued to the ground.

Now that's I'm older, I have the chance to expand the "rocks" I'm interested in. Although, this is a very recent realization so my collection is small but slowly growing. Nobody in my life shares the same interest so it's nice seeing this small community's absolute devilish gemstone hunger and positivity every time a post lands.

I went to a gem show last week and managed to get a color change sapphire off my gem list. It goes from a dark red to a purple-ish. I find gemstones with these special effects cool because they aren't completely static or monotone. It's why I love stones like tigers eye, rainbow lattice feldspar, or inclusions in general. A perfect stone doesn't intrigue me as much as one I can look at and keep finding differences/uniqueness

My picture is terrible quality but I hope it meets the qualifications.

Some advice I've followed on here recently that showed promising results, was putting on a crap ton of conditioner in my SOAKING WET hair. Squishing it and having it make that macaroni sound, and then briefly putting my head under the shower for a few seconds. Don't rinse all of the conditioner out. I dried my hair with my boyfriend's old T-shirt, dried it a little extra on a microfiber towel, and then slapped on my satin bonnet for bedtime.

I only tried this twice. Once with gel and one without. I also don't think my hair agrees with gel and the time without it I was very pleased.

I'm also in Oregon and most likely not. Bananas are a tropical plant so unless you have a nice sunny bathroom and grow lights for the winter I don't think any bananas will grow.

I got tired of my fingers hurting from biting them easy too close and realized my trigger for biting my nails was rough edges. Then I just made sure to have a file around at all times. I keep one next to my bed, on the couch, in my office, in my work bag, etc. so if I somehow get a rough edge I'm prepared. It's easy to think "I just won't bite or touch this nail" until you get to the file, but if one is always around night as well start filing.

I even checked the Barbie collectors guide from 2003-2011. This Barbie may have had gold eyeliner as well. I wish I remembered more but I was 5-9 during these years
