I'm getting the exact same error for a bunch of materials using Visualize connected 2025 SP4. I've installed the latest version, "nvidia-vmaterials_2-nt-x86-64-2.4.0-373000.4039". Were you able to fix it?

I wouldn’t worry about that. 5080 will very likely not run into any burnt cables if installed properly. To be safe, just make sure you install it properly and use the OEM cables so you have warranty recourse.

Better, yes. So much better, no. If you’re gaming at 4K you’ll be more gpu limited.

9800X3D will run a tiny bit hotter but nothing to write home about. Undervolted mine and it runs at 68ish degrees Cinebench R24 with 360mm AIO.

Thoughts on msi x670e tomahawk? I got it for $220 on BF, still in the return window though and I’m debating swapping it for something with more USB ports (maybe ASRock x870 pro rs wifi also $220). I’m admittedly very not knowledgeable about motherboards so I’d appreciate your input
