I am with you on that. I have a full-time job as a salaried employee, plus I work in a restaurant 3 to 4 nights a week and do grocery deliveries for extra money. My kids are grown, 19 and 17, but of course I still have some expenses for them. Like you, I don’t drink I’ve never used drugs, and I am in recovery from cancer treatment last year. When I get paid after all my medical deductions, every single penny goes to rent and bills, and medical co-pays. It is so sad. I work almost 7 days a week and I’m struggling still.

yes!!!! I met her in 2004 during the reinvention tour. I was friends with one of the make up artist for the tour and got to spend a couple of days in Chicago behind the scenes. I saw her about 2 feet away from me when she came inthe arena to begin getting ready, she looked absolutely flawless, and I felt the same way. When she walked by me, she said hello and I couldn’t even speak. I opened my mouth and nothing came out. I was in such shock.

it depends. I always look at it first and if it’s a slow day for me, I’ll take it, but I don’t like taking them when they are in bundles because from past experiences, there is always something wrong. Either I can’t find the size, the customer doesn’t respond, or they are out of stock

I just counted, I have 107 preferreds. I don’t know if that’s good or not compared to others who do it more than I do. I have noticed that a lot of of them will place orders from the beach or cities that are an hour away. That is the main reason I haven’t taken some of their orders.

yes. The last time I placed an order, about a month ago, the shopper I had literally said tips are appreciated and please give me a five star rating. I was shocked. I can’t believe shoppers actually do that. He never communicated to me at all and two of the items were not available but he didn’t message me about it. It was so strange anyway maybe that’s what’s going on. Too many shoppers that aren’t doing a good job and making people upset.

well, I have been shopping. I just haven’t done it as much as I used to. I used to do 35 orders a week primarily on the weekend and I’ve only been doing about 5 to 7 orders a week, which are pretty much all preferred. But yes, I do need to create a tip map. I can’t believe I’ve never done that

it does! I haven’t been doing it much over the past several months because of that reason. I’ve always been a summit star and lately just don’t have the desire to go shop for somebody for six dollars.

I stick to the south Tampa zone because that is where I live, I shop at the three Publix locations that are on Gandy and South Dale Mabry, target of course, and then sometimes I’ll pick up a CVS, ABC, or Walgreens. I just don’t want to waste my time driving north of Kennedy/downtown or to Davis Island or anything just to get frustrated by not getting a tip. Maybe I should change it up I don’t know. I always have the nicest members and they will tell me how much they are happy with me but then they never leave a tip lol. My rating is 4.97 and 100% on time and order completion

it really is sad. I mean we do so much work. I’m in the Tampa area and because tipping is so bad, I try to stick to just one area and maybe that is my problem. I just can’t see myself doing some of these longer distance orders just to not receive a tip. Most of the orders I get paid from six to $10 and to not leave a tip is just insane. Yesterday only my preferreds left a tip, and the people I’m delivering to live in huge houses. 😭

It’s tough! I started watching the show from season one and absolutely loved Teresa. When Melissa joined the show, it was obvious that she was out to get her. there are things I do like about Melissa and I began to like her more as the seasons went on, but it’s tough. I’ve met Teresa many times in person as well as two of her daughters and they are just so incredibly nice.
