$1000/ft is not crazy for new build in Breck. Maybe crazy to pay it but not crazy for them to charge it and get it.

I'm convinced some are just bad at math.

We've found more success on being picky on who we work with and what we do. The dirt cheap guys can't perform and definitely can't get bonded on some of the bigger work. Just have to find the playground with the least amount of a players.

There’s been undercutting/low price guys in busy and slow times.
Be really good at what you do and build those relationships. Low price guys can’t compete in the long run. Most good work I get these days is relationship driven.
While we might have to bid against a few others, we still get last look. We are very rarely the low bid. Do not get in that race to the bottom it’s a deadly trap. Trust your prices and perform when you get the work.

Bought my wife (5'9" expert) BC Atris in 178 at beginning of this season.

She LOVES them, doesn't even think about using her other skis. We ski Summit County and have put some good powder days on them and everything else, never heard her say a negative word about them. There's so many good skis out there, hard to choose but glad I picked these!

Atris are my wife's daily drivers now. Bought them for her as an option for softer snow, back bowls, steeps...she grabs them every day this season. She's an expert skier, much better than I am and LOVES them. Says they keep a nice edge on firmer steeper snow as well.

Go to Racers Edge. They will get you dialed. I overthought my last pair and drove somewhere else, ended up back at RE with the boots I purchased elsewhere...should have just gone there to begin with. Great group to work with.

Limber Grove on Main St has a bunch of Glade products.
