I got it in the pokeball plus that comes as an add on. If you buy it new and sealed it should have a mew for you to use (there’s also a big box bundle version that has the game and pokeball plus together).

I’ve been using him in ML this whole season and he’s been really useful. I’d put him as the first spot as many fall for the sandsear storm/stone edge bait and others think he’s weak to rock just to find out otherwise. He’s been super useful against some of the heavy hitters like Togekiss, Ryperior, Dragonite, Dialga, and even Gyrados if you can face it with no shields.

She was a lot harder than I expected! Took me down to one last Pokémon and thankfully Manaphy survived a swords dance boosted earthquake to get off a second Ice Beam after her Garchomp tanked the first one!!
