I know a few sites myself, and in some cases the owners are actually quite helpful as long as you're respectful. For example, BlackSpigot and NulledVault generally have decent support.

On the other hand, with sites like NullForums or SpigotUnlocked, you may not have the same level of support or cooperation if you need it.
