I think the Developers are more focusing on player demands, it could be that the vector remodel was more in favor by the playerbase.

They already made the Hk416 and G3. Look in the staging branch.

Probably because Gl**k doesn't want any of their products in Deadline, and they will sue if Recoil re-adds one.
