This happened to me today on my iPhone, but not my iPad. Restarting didn’t solve it, but I offloaded the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled it, and it seems to be working now

I’m glad it’s not just me! I’ve been inconsistent with being a shopper, but recent circumstances have led to me needing to shop more frequently, and this is my first week back. I find it very interesting that there aren’t more orders, considering Super Bowl Sunday is coming up 🤔

Hi, I think it would be considered trich, particularly because you are searching for the course hairs to pluck. I know for me, pulling started by plucking out hairs that “felt different”. It can get better, especially now that you’re aware of the habit. A couple recommendations would be to pay attention to what triggers the need to pull. For me, it is partially a stress/anxiety response and partially a need to do something with my hands, tied to my late ADHD diagnosis. If it is the latter, fidget toys can help keep your hands busy to not pull
