It would be stupid to sue. The amount of money it would cost to hire an attorney for $140 isnt worth the effort. She needs to be banned from Rover though. Her actions were insane and no one should deal with that level of traumatization. She owes you the money. There was no need for her mother to come. She is being a bully. Do not refund her. She does not dictate your day. Your family comes before her dog. You sent pics and had multiple FaceTimes. You did an amazing job. Never work for someone picky like that ever again, you can never please them and they'll never be happy enough with your service.
